JPO Closes the Year with a Strong Performance
Thanks to our many new clients, a low churn rate and a high level of team performance delivering services, we experienced a robust year over year revenue growth of 31% in 2024! According to our CEO, Janice Salmon, “This clearly demonstrates the impact of a significant expansion in our market presence through successful product launches, numerous marketing activities and strategic customer acquisition initiatives.”

In support of this growth we recruited, onboarded and trained 67 new team members bringing our off shore team headcount to a total of 299.

JustPressOne, Inc. and Whirlwind Software Complete API Integration

JustPressOne (“JPO”) and Whirlwind software completed an API integration to JPO’s ClaimWorks™ software platform to automate the processing of warranty claims for Whirlwind users to various processing portals such as ServicePower® and ServiceBench by Asurion®.

Holiday Party Was a Huge Success
JPO held its annual holiday party at Maribago Bluewaters Beach Resort in Cebu, PH bringing 180 international team members from across the country together for the celebration.
