Auggie Takes On Speed Queen
We guarantee 30-minutes of your time will have a positive impact on how you process warranty claims.
Auggie’s training journey continues to gain momentum! He began with simpler manufacturers and service contract companies, where no coding was needed on warranty claims. Then, just last month, he stepped up to the challenge with Electrolux—one of the first to implement mandatory defect codes on each claim. Auggie delivered with impressive precision, achieving nearly a 100% success rate. Only a handful of claims required human review, often due to easily misinterpreted codes like Code 33 described as ‘Affected by Environmental Conditions’.
Now, Auggie is gearing up for his next challenge: Speed Queen. This manufacturer requires not just one, but two codes on every warranty claim—a defect code and a repair code. Auggie is now learning how to analyze customer complaints and translate them into the correct defect codes, while also interpreting service descriptions to select the appropriate repair codes.
How will he perform? We’ll be revealing the results in the next issue—stay tuned!
