JustPressOne and Whirlwind Software Complete API Integration

JustPressOne (“JPO”) and Whirlwind software completed an API integration to JPO’s ClaimWorks™ software platform to automate the processing of warranty claims for Whirlwind users to various processing portals such as ServicePower®, GSFS, ServiceBench® and ServiceAvenger.

 

By pressing a single button, all warranty claims seamlessly flow into ClaimWorks. They are then reviewed for accuracy and automatically transferred to the appropriate portal for final processing and faster payments. Additionally, status updates on claims are sent back to Whirlwind users’ software twice daily, allowing for any minor corrections and immediate resubmission.

 

According to Janice Salmon, president of JPO, “ Before the API integration, claims had to be processed and filed manually, one by one, to the correct portal. This demanding process required an elevated level of expertise, and errors often went unnoticed and unresolved after submission. Immediate action was crucial to address these inefficiencies and avoid potential delays and issues.”

 

In summary ClaimsWorks, developed by JustPressOne, Inc. is both an AI Machine Learning software solution and a business services offering for warranty, extended warranty and home warranty claims processing used to virtually eliminate all common errors. Further, ClaimWorks manages all brand requirements by data field and claims process changes by the service provider’s software.
