Now, he’s taking on SENTIMENT ANALYSIS

 

Auggie is joining the heart of our operations: our Contact Center. Here, more than 375 agents’ field between 5,000 to 10,000 inbound calls each day from customers across the country. And while our agents are among the best in the business, everyone can use a little backup.

 

Auggie is not here to replace anyone—he’s here to empower them. His first mission is Sentiment analysis. He’ll be listening to every incoming call, detecting moments of frustration, anger, or when a customer simply needs more care. In real time, he’ll flag a supervisor to step in—turning potential escalations into opportunities to impress.

 

That’s only the beginning!  Soon, he’ll take on even more responsibilities, like: Intelligent customer profiling, Smart, Quality Assurance (QA) support, and Real-time co-pilot mode.

We’re excited for this next stage in his evolution. With every call, he’ll help us sharpen our service, support our teams, and create more moments that turn customers into lifelong fans—one conversation at a time.
