Auggie Tackled Electrolux Claims

Auggie™ our AI Machine Learning genius is making excellent progress with the enhancements to the ClaimWorks system operated by JustPressOne, Inc.

 

This month he was introduced to the Electrolux family and spent time learning the specifics of their brands.  At the end of the second quarter when Electrolux introduces their new claims coding requirements, Auggie will need to go back to the classroom for additional training but in the meantime, here are his results.

 

There were 5,083 data points that he reviewed and automatically made 2,303 corrections prior to sending the claims to ServicePower or the JustPressOne audit team for additional adjudication.

 

With prior experience on Whirlpool and GE the learning curve for Electrolux was much easier.

 

Auggie will start working on the claims logic for Assurant next month! This will be his first extended service contract company, so we are looking forward to this for the benefit of our claims department, our clients and the appliance industry.
