When parts are used in a repair, SmartWare stores only the distributor name. Auggie takes it a step further by converting that information into the correct distributor account number required by each manufacturer. This eliminates the need to manage and remember numerous unique identifiers.

 

From SmartWare to submission—fully automated

 

Today, claims seamlessly flow from SmartWare into ClaimWorks, where Auggie checks them for accuracy and then files them directly to payor portals for manufacturers and TPAs including Whirlpool, GE, Electrolux, Speed Queen, Assurant, Centricity, LG, Samsung, and Sub‑Zero without human intervention.
