Auggie Tackled GE Claims With A Vengeance

Auggie™ our AI Machine Learning genius is making excellent progress with the enhancements to the ClaimWorks system operated by JustPressOne, Inc.

According to Auggie he finished his first round of GE training and discovered that GE claims have more data than your standard Whirlpool claims but the team has been working to finish some exciting features including brand validation and miles travelled.

Auggie identified the different job codes and automatically assigned them correctly during his review process. There were 4,577 data points that he reviewed and made 2,786 corrections prior to sending the claims to ServicePower or the JustPressOne audit team for additional adjudication.

Aggie will start working on the claims logic for Electrolux later this month!
